I was asked to submit some documents to prove my identity because i was almost reaching my balance limit. Can i still be able to receive funds into my account successfully?
I also submitted the documents that they requested. However, they needed me to upload once again another document. However, i cannot upload because it already says "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days."
They keep emailing me to submit the document but there is nowhere to upload.
