I recently wanted to buy my little sister a Nintendo switch, and I purchased the product on ETSY, I never knew this but many people scam on that website. I was clueless and I allowed my sister to buy the product thinking it was a legit seller (like amazon) within 12 hours of making the purchase the seller deleted their account so no longer can send messages to them, I filed a dispute once the person deleted their account, and I put it as "unauthorized purchase" PayPal later said it's not up for a refund. the package supposedly came in today at 11:50 but it didn't, and I was outside doing chores and no one came to drop anything off. I cant refile a dispute because I already have. I got scammed, and it was not a small amount of money to simply forget about. what should I do?
