I was denied my claim

I put in a claim because I didn’t receive the product I ordered, I did get some sun glasses but that’s not what I ordered I purchased a silicone baby doll,and never received this they sent sunglasses. This has been very frustrating, please help me get my money back

Potenrially, the reason why your case was denied because of the incorrect tagging for an "Item not received" becasue your seller was able to provide a tracking number. I am really sorrg that you did not receive what you ordered but you have to file an appeal to reopen your case and to be tagged correcy as item received but "Significantly not as described".

 

To contact customer service, please click "Help & Contact" OR "contact" depending on what country you are in. Button is located at the near bottom of PayPal pages, scroll down then you should be given available options to contact them.

 

Please note that there is a slim chance to get a timely response as we are still in skeleton staff due to pandemic emergency.
