Hey, I forgot about a particular transaction and hit the panic button, only to remember everything shortly after the file had been finalised, and I cant simply cancel the case either... this's something that wont hurt either me or my friend too much will it? I'm kinda panicking at the moment cause I cant contact support at the current time and I'm worried I'm going to leave a mark on my friends record because of my mistake.
I've sent an Email with the same account trying to explain that I've made a mistake but I don't know what will be received first.
