Account ban for no listed reason

I got an account ban (limitation) the other day. It said it was permanent and did not give a reason as to why I was banned. I am angry with why my account got locked because I really loved to use PayPal for my day-to-day transactions. I am currently not in the U.S so calling them isn't an option. I really need to get my account open because I view it as a necessary thing to have. I can also provide any information necessary in order to prove that the account ban was a false alarm. I would love for PayPal to review my account again and lift the ban from under it. Does Paypal have an email with which I can contact them? I never have the time to go message their assistant centers and would like to speak to them about if I can get my account back. I am also currently in Lebanon but a U.S resident.
