I need help

I just recieved a £100 payment. Its showing in my summary and not in my balance I tryed to get help so I clicked on the payment and accidental put that it was unauthorised as it was the only option where I could actually write what the problem was ... and now they've taken the payment instead of me receiving the payment ... so my account is minus 100 and it should be plus 100 what can I do about this ?
