I made a very poor choice, and now have no way to get my money back.

Hey PayPal community, I am super desperate for help here. I can’t for some reason get in contact with support via the phone number as it hangs up randomly waiting for an agent. But I messed up, not for a lot of money, but it was supposed to be the gift of a game. I have been looking for Madden 19 Digital Codes that last several days, and finally found a user who was selling them. He said $30 and I could get the code. I payed $25 upfront, and in 2 separate payments. $15 and $10. The user then stopped replying. I went through goods and services as a way to fall back on. I began the dispute process, and began waiting. The user about an hour later came back and said it was a total accident and that his account was negative, and the money was on hold. He began sounding genuine, and I made the mistake of trusting him. He told me that it was an accident for not replying and said he would give me the code. I then just asked for a refund as I did not want to make the deal anymore. This is where I messed up, he began acting as a good seller again, and told me to resolve the disputes so he could refund, and I did... this was the stupidest thing and now I need help. What can I do from here? He blocked me, and now I have idea what to do.
