A few weeks ago, I purchased something for a guest account. I haven't received a tracking number, the purchased item(s) nor is the seller communicating with me. I would like to know how to open a claim/dispute about this particular purchase.
Have the receipt ID number from the PayPal email receipt and reference it when requesting to open a dispute:
Much as you would like the U.S government has no power over a China website.
Report all you want the only way to get your money back is via Paypal or your card issuer.
