I have been declined of a dispute from a fraudulent purchase on my account.

This morning i woke up to an email thanking me for a purchase of £42.99 from CDKeys of something I did not make on a website I have used a few times before (I do not have an account on the site). So instantly I made a dispute to try and block the payment from being taken out of my bank account as I am a student with a feeble source of income and need every penny I can get, an hour after I was emailed informing me that it was declined as it "was not unauthorised and therefore isn't eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection" meaning I am unable to get the money I desperately need because someone somehow gained access to my account to spend the money.

Could I get any advice or help for this situation?
