I escalated the dispute to a claim and i need to add evidence. HELP!!! pls!!

I bought a pair of shoes, and when I got them in the mail I was able to see that they were fake so I want my money back.  I spoke to the seller but got nowhere. I escalated it to a claim. But I want to be more descriptive and I want to add pictures, how do I do that?
