I've bought a broke item from ebay. The seller told me that it is without problems, but it was not like this 😞
PayPal understood me and asked me to send back the item to Germany, but I do not have the phone number of the selller. They told me to send it like this (without the phone number), but I can not make a shipping order without that phone number!!!
What can I do?

In general, all the contact information of the seller can be found in the transaction details. You may also be able to find more information in the eBay auction. Unfortunately, there is no further information that we can provide regarding your counterpart for security reasons. Only the information that the seller decides to share will be showing. You should be able to find the seller's email address in the transaction details, and you can reach out to them directly to request more information to complete the shipping.
