I dispute Paypal closing my case

Hello.

I’m so frustrated with the (Chinese) vendor and PayPal.

Before opening a case with PayPal, I communicated with the vendor with 4 or 5 emails. Their focus seemed to be that the package was received, not that it was for the incorrect items. (PayPal also only commented on the case stating the package was received as well, didn’t read my notes, and closed the case!) The vendor offered me $6, then $12 to make the issue go away. This was on a $60 charge. I never would have ordered the items they sent.

Since PayPal closed the case, how do I address the issue that the incorrect items were sent...all information included in my dispute. 

I’ve thought about going through my credit card for resolution.

I’m also frustrated enough with PayPal to stop doing business with them.

Suggestions? TIA...

I can't get any help either. The Chinese company gave paypal a tracking number so they closed my case no questions asked even though I did not receive the correct product. I'm so angry and frustrated. I'm seeing many people the same company has taken and nothing is being done.
