I did not receive my item and paypal denied my claim

9DH85786[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]00. I have spoken with the seller she is not willing to work with me in a resolution for items I did not receive. Quite frankly she is very nasty and disrespectful. The post office admitted to it being misdelivered and someone stole my package. I am unable to go through the post office and file a claim because the seller did not put insurance on the package. All I want is my money back or the items that I didn't receive. I think it is unfair to think that I would be making a big deal about this if I received the items. I just want something to be done because the seller received her payment and I have nothing. My claim with PayPal was denied.

I read your concern and sorry that things didn't go as planned. You may still open a claim with new evidence .If the seller provided a tracking number, we need to prove that is fake or doesn't even belong to you. Kindly contact the shipping company and request for any documentation with their letter head that the tracking was not associated with your address or stating that they have lost the package and was not delivered to your address. Once you have the documentation, please contact Customer Service to file an appeal along with this evidence.

The post office is saying that I cannot get an intranet form. They said that it is nothing they can provide me with to show that it was misdelivered. However, I do have an email from them with the letterhead admitting that it was misdelivered. Will that suffice? Should I go get one from the manager at my local post office or send the email thread? What can I do because I am trying everything to get my money and prove to you that it was delivered to wrong address?

I can't believe my claim was denied even with the evidence showing that the post office misdelivered my merchandise. The argument is not whether the tracking number is valid, of course its valid cause I received the same notice saying it was delivered but could not find what I paid for. All the merchant did was provide a valid tracking number that said it was delivered but I didn't get it. When I get more evidence i gonna show that it was misdelivered. I would file a claim with the post but because she didn't put insurance i can't even do that.

It wasn't delivered to the correct address because I don't have it. The tracking number does not show the address it was delivered to it just shows that it was delivered, so how can you see where it was delivered. I provided a letter from usps that says it was misdelievered. Can you show me where I says it was delivered to 28 Vincent Ave New Britain? Because I went to the post office and the manager said it was delivered no where my address.I'm working on providing more evidence that shows I didn't receive what I paid for. I am very disappointed in the service because how much more evidence do you need?

Paypal wants too much evidence too show that I did not receive my package. I have sent in the google maps/ geolocation to show that I it was on a completely different street. I have also sent in an email from the post office where they apologized for misdelivering my package. I also sent another letter from the post office stating that it was misdelivered and that they cannot provide no other information because it is confidential.  Paypal is asking for a certification from the post office that the manager cannot provide. 

 

There is no certification that the shipping company can give to me. The manager just gave me a letter on my behalf. This is crazy it shows on the map that it wasn't delivered to my address with a valid stamp on it from the post office. This is ridiculous that with all this evidence and effort that you still can't see that I didn't receive my package

Yes the tracking is valid my issue is that it didn't get delivered to me. This has been the worst experience ever with PayPal how much evidence do I need to provide. Everything else is confidential.

My package was delivered on Derby Street NOT Vincent Ave . I don't why I have to provide so much evidence that shows i didn't receive it. I'm just so disappointed at the amount of this and that I need to provide to show that I am out of $48. I just can't believe this all the seller has is a tracking that shows it was delivered but it doesn't show that it was delivered to me. Derby street is in New Britain and all the tracking shows was that it was delivered in new Britain. Would not go through all this if I received my package.

I've been to usps soo mny times to show proof that I didn't receive it. There's is nothing else the manager can provide me. This is crazy!! This has been a horrible experience with PayPal and for as long as I've been using PayPal I never had to do all this before.
