I cannot locate the CHINESE seller to return items

I feel your customer service is VERY POOR !!! I have several items I want to return due the poor quality and/or not as described. Your customer rep could not help me locate the items on my account. Please email me with help..

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I did contact customer service.  He couldn't help me as I do not know the seller, nor address, nor the cost of the item.

 

The info attached to the items is in Chinese.

 

I have about $175 worth of clothing I want refunds on.
