I can't resolve my limited account issue

I've been trying this for hours now and it says my account has been closed and I can't even contact customer support to prove it's not fraud or anything. I have even uploaded valid documents and such. How much more do they want? The thing is they don't even give me a reason or have even sent me a notification days before that they were even suspicious of anything.
