I bought an item as a PayPal guest and I never received my item. I tried contacting the seller numerous times and no response. I tried contacting PayPal by phone but due to corona virus they don’t answer the phone right now. I tried to message PayPal but they won’t answer because I have an account they stop giving services to due to fraud on my account. How do I get my refund?
