My current paypal account got nerfed because I broke tos for being underage (whoops) but I have 25 dollars in this account that I can't put into a bank. How do I put that money in a different paypal account, like, lets say, my mother's paypal account? I don't just want to have 25 dollars sit here and go to waste forever. Also, I'd really like it if paypal can just delete this account after I take that money away instead of forcing me to keep it. I don't want it anymore
