How to track item with receipt number

Hi I purchased an item through a company that is super famous on YouTube and have seen many people with their product but when I purchased off the website I got a confirmation stating my order was received but no tracking number was given and I purchased as a guest so all I have is the receipt number. Is there anyway to use it to track my item?

It would not be possible to track the item using a receipt number. The merchant would need to provide you with the tracking information they received from the courier company. As you checked out as a guest on PayPal you may need to contact our Customer Support team by phone for further assistance. You can locate the contact options by clicking on "Help and Contact" at the bottom of the PayPal page.

I purchased an electric log splitter for something a tad over $100, but got no confirmation, tracking number either, but this: [removed] I emailed this: Will there be NO shipping\tracking information for a purchase? I just bought a log splitter, receipt #5418-8929-1757-2260 NO answer, and looking up that addy gets me a beauty and home products website! My wife had this to send me: 5418892917572260 order number log splitter from Email: [removed] Tel[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] [removed]CT 06241 United States Reverse lookup by phone number got me some woman in Florida, not Connecticut. I've been had; GOT to be more careful!
