How to start a resolution

I made a purchase signed in as a guest. I need to start a resolution and cannot seem to figure out how? The resolution center asks for your account info and then shows your orders, and as a guest I don't know how to access my order? Help...

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
