How to resolve a negative balance when my paypal balance is zero already.

My account is limited, it's asking to resolve a negative balance but my paypal balance is zero already. How to fix?

The best way to resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can look into your account and assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options.

@PayPal_Ayesha When I click on contact. I get 3 options: 1)Resolution center ( they ask if I have problems with any specific transaction but it isn't so) 2) Message (it opens a bot that just asks me to deposit but I can't deposit zero , so it's not working) 3) community (that's what I did now). What shall I do now?
