I ordered a desk and got a toothbrush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Full story - I never received the desk so I raise a claim on the Resolution Centre. They closed the case because they said it had been delivered. I've just realised that the toothbrush that I thought my son must have ordered, was actually instead of a desk.
But my case is now closed, and I don't seem to be able to challenge this. They've closed the feed. Any tips on how to re-open a case in order to prove to PayPal they are wrong to close the case?
