Apparently I was buying a Christmas tree but the seller modus operandi consist to send a tracking number to PayPal but instead of shipping a Christmas tree he shipped a plastic smiley in a small enveloppe to a business that his very close from your location because the only way is FRAUD will work is to ship to a same ZIP CODE Once is tracking number says Delivered you are caught like a rat. His word against yours. Good luck to get back your money. This seller is in China.
