Account limitations

Please help. I did sent my proof to PayPal they choose my side of the story. But still my PayPal account is banned or something. Because I can't do anything. Can't receive or send payments. PayPal choose my side of the story because I gave proof to them. So why are my account still saying I can't use PayPal anymore. Account limitations. I don't know how to fix this. Tried to contact them. But no agents is available. I did sent an email. But I'm still waiting. Please I need help. Paypal is my only option where I can sent and receive payments. Must I close this account and open up a new one or wait for them to help me unban my account?
