I didn’t get what I bought, opened a complaint and seller offered $2 back refund (not $45 paid) PayPal is asking me to accept or deny but I cannot find where this is. Can I do on the app or only on computer? In any case I can’t seem to find. Can someone tell me how to get there. Times running out.
