I can log into my account and REPEATEDLY tried to upload pdf document to verify me and me address. This had been going on for days. It does not tell me what I cannot get past the drag and drop file process but I have tried many ways. Is there another way of doing this - eg send file be email and how do I get to speak to a REAL PERSON (or can someone give me an email) instead of the convoluted circular don't resolve anything process I have been sent on. OR do I just shut up shop and cancel my Paypal Account.
