My account was put on hard hold and no one at FNB could tell me why I couldn't withdraw funds from my PayPal account. After two days I found this tweet that someone posted with the details of how to fix it (you need to send a tax declaration form through) and within 10 minutes my account was back to normal! I am so relieved, and since I see a lot of other people have this problem, I thought I'd share.
Hi there, Sorry, they removed the link, but if you search for SyerNide on Twitter and look at his post on March 15th he gives you the tax form and the email address to send it to plus the number to follow up with. Hope that helps
