I'm a new user of the Paypal.
I have uploaded every required document and my bank account has also be confirmed but the photo ID and address still waiting for the review. It has been weeks and I have sent several emails and made the calls, every person told me to be patient and one informed me about changing the password through the office IP may not work so I have tried again. He said it should be all done by the day. Till now, still waiting and the money I transferred is stuck cannot refund or even use it, it is really disappointing to suffer this.
Anyone in the same situation?
Now I really don't expect to use paypal in the future just wanna get my money back ASAP.
