My dispute was awarded in the seller's favor. They said they had proof that I received the item. I never did, all I got was a 5x6 inch and about a 1/8 inch mailing envelope from China with a thin I think is a cellphone screen protector. Not a pair of $249.00 smart thermostats. This was their proof of delivery.
I tried filling out the online PayPal resolution dispute form with an attachment of a JPG of the scanned envelope and item which appears to be a cellphone screen protector with Chinese writing. Doing all that and submitting I got here appears to be a problem and it did not go through. Doing the online messaging all I get is go-to resolutions, I need help.
