If you're referring to verifications in which your account is limited, (not simply linking a bank or signing up for PayPal Credit to verify your PayPal account) the completion times may vary widely depending on your specific case. You may have to watch for any updates in the resolution center or emails and contact customer service to follow up. Note that customer service can't lift limitations over the phone, they could only submit a ticket to the back office.
