A client disputed a claim against me I have given my evidence in return but had no up to date information how long does this take please

Has the dispute been escalated to a claim for PayPal to step in? If no, do so within 20 days from date of dispute. PayPal will try to resolve claims within 30 days but sometimes it can take longer depending on the circumstances.
