Help please

I don’t know where or what to do now. I filed a dispute for a claim because I got scammed off Facebook and there is nothing I can do to file another. I have proof and everything.

Contact customer service to change the claim reason if you filed the wrong one:

1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Disputes and account limitations
3. Click Disputes
4. Click Dispute a payment
5. Click Message Us after the "This information might help" box or on the green box that pops up to make the request.
