Help! I think I got scammed.

I ordered off a website named “Stitch Store” or stitchlilobouquet.com I keep trying to get in touch with customer services to ask for updates on shipping since it has been a month since I ordered (listing said 2-13 days) I have seen that they read my messages on messenger but they do not reply. How do I get a refund? How do I go about this ?

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.
