Has anyone else been scammed by Seller <removed>?

Good afternoon,

 

Has anyone else been scammed by Seller <removed>  I have filed a complaint with PayPal and they their response to me was the seller sent them a tracking number so they would not refund me my money.  They did not take the time to look up the tracking info.

The DELIVERED date 5/21/20 was prior to my PURCHASE date 5/31/20.  It is clear as day!!! 

 

I have emailed the seller 2 times and we get this message back 

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to _____________ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

 

How in the WORLD am I supposed to get my money back????  Any guidance or pointers are greatly appreciated!!!  I will not make a purchase through PayPal again.  It is only $29.88 but that can be the $ for gas in my car to get me to and from my doctors appointments.  

  

THERE IS MORE SECURITY FOR THE DARN SCAMMERS THEN THERE IS FOR THE PURCHASER!!!!!!!!!

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

the same thing happened to me they closed my file claiming the seller sent them a tracking #, so I contact the delivery agent to find out where was my product using the tracking # provided to find out it was delivered to a different address and the item delivered wasn't my item. These companies are scaming people an clearly PayPal does NOT care for us the consumers. I'm sick and tired of disputing. I have 2 open disputes still no answer from the seller or PayPal, and one close obviously not in my favor. We all need to post these problems everywhere to make others aware and maybe then things like this will stop happening. 😠 😠 😠
