So i buy a digital key from the seller and yeh the payment is G&S services . But unfortunately, he scammed me after the payment is completed he blocked me completely . But, I haven't click CONFIRM THIS RECEIPT tho . so what do i do to tell paypal that i got scam on this matter ?
