Hi
I downloaded the harp ninja app via micro soft site and paid for it with paypal
I did not receive this so I raised a dispute
No comment from paypal but they refused the the claim saying it was delivered
I checked with microsoft and got a whole load of garbage questions about my Xbox to which it was down loaded
Tis i could not understand as
I DO NOT HAVE AN XBOX
Micro soft are impossible to deal with
I have generally been pleased with Paypal with many positive experiences
Please dont go down the route of Microsoft (I know its cheaper to ignore customers) and Listen
Can anybody advise where to take this dispute as I do not intend to let it drop
