This lady buys your items then claims she has no knowledge about the transaction taking place and raises a dispute on PayPal. After emailing the lady she says she has no idea what’s going on and that she hasn’t raised a dispute and she wants to keep your item. PayPal then investigate it and as I didn't have a postage receipt (it has been over a month and the lady has already told me she has the items) they refund her the money she paid to you and she still had your items. Please keep all you receipts for everything!! Any advise what I can do now? I’m sure she does this all the time
