Contextlogic Australia

So today I get an email from PayPal saying I have authorised a payment of $1525 to contextlogic Australia, Something I haven't done. It hadn't left my bank account yet, so I put a stop on my account and block on my card. I contact PayPal resolution centre, they say oh no you have authorised that payment, I lodge a dispute, they investigate it for 3 maybe 4 hours, and come back to me saying I had an agreed automatic payment, not an unauthorised payment, sorry no refund. I call back, I explain to the lady on the phone what happened, she says, oh ill change it from 'dispute' to 'item not recieved' if you have no item you'll get a refund. We have to Wait 10 days to here from the seller, if we don't gear from them you get your refund. It seems hugely unprofessional and very suss on PayPal end aswell. I don't know what else to do. But I can keep the block on my card/account indefinitely, only a very slight inconvenience. I see other people have had drama with this scammer/seller. PayPal doesn't seem to want to help. Has anyone managed to be refunded? Once this is over I'll be closing my PayPal account asap!! Not safe at all.
