Fake Paypal Support by Magezon

Lovely Community,

 

I would like to get some help from your side.

 

Last January 22th, 2021 we did place Order # 000003588 to buy a Magento Ninja Menus Module at a cost of USD 169 on www.magezon.com

 

Following order, we asked for a customization service using the following ways:

• Support Tickets # 2696635, 2669737 and 2701569 at https://magezon.ticksy.com/
• Skype: baomgt (more than 20 times to Magezon CEO)
• Magezon Web Site Chat
• Sent Emails to several Magezon Email Accounts

 

None of our customization request were answered. So, we decide to open a Dispute Case on Paypal with same results, Magezon never answer.

 

Thinking innocently, we cancel the Paypal Dispute to see if this way Magezon help us this time, but no answer at all.

 

We insist with them and they wrote us on Skipe as follow: Hi, We have refunded your order. Please check your Paypal account. I'm really sorry for your waiting time.” and send us  a Fake Paypal Refund Slip.

 

Also we access our Magezon Account and found that Refund was processed under Document #000000047.

 

Any idea how we can get our money back from this Company called Magezon and located at Vietnam.
