Who send this email? Do you recognize the sender email address? Do not click on any links in emails. Do not reply because it could be spam or scam and when others get our email address they can send you these emails to request payment. Is it an official PayPal email invoice? If you are not expecting a payment or refund, or a PayPal invoice from anyone, it is spam or scam.  Log in to PayPal directly at the website, no links, to check if anything wrong. You can forward the email to spoof at PayPal dot com for them to confirm if fake or not.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
