I opened this case about one month ago and it is finally reaching the closing stages, but I am being asked to ship back the product even though I never got it. The whole reason that I opened the case was that I never got the product, now I am being asked to ship it back even though I do not have it. Seller isn't responding through his contact info and I am generally lost, the case closes Oct 9. and I don't know what I should do please help!
