Got permanently banned because of Coinbase?

Can't use PayPal in relation to selling currency or exchange currency. It's held for 180 days in case someone files a dispute on your payment, it can be returned. PayPal will email you when it is ready to be withdrawn. This is the new PayPal, where they have to check what people are doing and decide if you're a risk or now by your behavior with your account.

I did not exchange currency or sell currency with PayPal. I transferred Bitcoin to Coinbase and sold it to EUR there (I did not sell BTC to receive EUR on PayPal, but sold BTC on Coinbase to receive EUR on Coinbase) and then I could have transferred them to my bank account as it is like Skrill or PayPal, but I transferred them to PayPal. I transferred EUR from Coinbase to PayPal EUR account. Did not sell any BTC to receive EUR.

Then contact customer service for assistance as no one in the forums has access to others' accounts:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording. 

The system is run by software so they must've programmed it in there somehow with anything to do with digital currency then it again it could be a glitch. You'll have to speak with customer service.

Why does not PayPal ban Coinbase's PayPal account if they are currency exchange? Tell me answer on that. It is odd how I can't sell e.g. furniture or currency on some external website and then receive EUR on the certain website and then withdraw them to my PayPal instead of bank account. I did not use my PayPal account to buy cryptos nor send BTC to receive EUR on my account. I did not even have PayPal set-up on Coinbase Pro before while receiving EUR. What if I had deposited EUR from my bank account to Coinbase and then withdrawn the euros to my PayPal without even touching Bitcoin? Would I have been banned for using sone certain website?
