This fella paid for beats, which were promptly sent to him. And now almost two months later I have been charged to refund him all his money even though he's kept the beats. It says the payment made was 'unauthorised' on his behalf. Even though he asked for the beats and I have records of him confirming he wants them and will pay that amount. What is happening??
