Hi there I have bought a dress from this seller ellie gordon for £35 but it was faulty so j claimed her £10 to get that fixed. The seller wasn’t happy so she asked me to return it and she will refund me. And i closed the dispute by accident before she refund me. She lied that she could not refund as her account didn’t work. So i did a 2nd dispute that the transaction was not authorised. The claim was denied and they closed the claim. I have called and emailed so many times but the problem wasn’t solved as the payment was not unauthorised . This isnt under buyer protection as it said. And paypal didn’t help me get my money back at all. What should i do
