I am loosing the will to live with a recent case I have opened against a seller. The transaction was made on a guest account, so no infomation of the transaction is available in the resolution centre. The transaction was a very expensive tennis bracelet that broke just out of the 30 day ebay money back. I have sent paypal photos of the bracelet but paypal are now asking me to provide an extensive document of the damage to the bracelet and an valuation. For one I cannot provide this in lockdown and for two I cannot upload any documents in the resolution centre and the transaction is not there! The email it was sent from also says do not replt back to this email! I am seriously frustrated this has been going on for weeks. Please help!
