I will start of by saying that wasn't over the age of 18 when I made this account. It got limited and I couldn't verify it so it eventually got permanently limited and I was told to wait a long 180 days. I have since waited that out and eventually got sent an email about being able to withdraw my funds but when I log in and try to withdraw it still wont let me. What do I do to access my funds?
