Good Morning, this is Kamar, I am writing to you because a website that I have subscripted with for only one (1) month has renewed my subscription without any authorization from my side even after canceling my subscription yesterday (September 25, 2020) and even after me receiving from their end an email asking me why did you unsubscribe.
I would like to know how can I refund my money back and how can I stop them from doing such seemingly fraudulent activity.
Please advise
