My account hacked again....nobody there to help resolve

Once again PayPal has allowed someone that is not me to transfer money from my bank into this account and then to their personal visa account.  Nobody at PayPal seems to care....No return emails, no person to talk to , the automated system is awful.  There is no place in the dispute section to dispute a transfer, does anybody know how to actually get someone at PayPal to help?  Worse customer service I have ever encountered, well maybe second to FaceBook.....maybe they are the same people...
