I just got my statement that shows seven withdrawals by e-check and deposits to the same PayPal account of someone I don't know.
PayPal won't answer the phone. The Resolution Center doesn't have a option for this kind of issue. The online chat is a scam because they keep asking me the same question over and over.
Does anyone have a way to contact PayPal to report a fraud and start to resolve this issue?
