Dealing with a foreign seller in China it took him almost a month and a half to send a canvas which was completely destroyed I sent pictures to Paypal in email the seller with the pictures as well he seems to think there's nothing wrong and I can't get a refund I don't know what else to do I opened up a claim in PayPal and it was denied I asked for a shipping label so I can send the damaged item back what else do I need to do
