Hi, am hoping someone can advise me on this..
My mom recently looked through her bank statement and realised that someone has purchased something online using her card via PayPal. However, my mom does not have a PayPal account and did not purchase anything off online platforms.
Tried filing a dispute using my own account; however, all that I received were automated responses despite me replying that I am writing on my mom's behalf and that she does not have a PayPal account.
please help!!!

Not possible to file a dispute with your account in this situation.
Call the card issuer to dispute it as unauthorized. Card issuer will contact PayPal in the course of their investigation.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
